Job Role

  • Generation of timely business MIS.
  • Handling personalized service requests of customers.
  • To understand clients business & provide appropriate business loan solutions.
  • Work closely with Branch Banking teams for new customer addition.
  • To ensure smooth onboarding of the client and catering to client requirements.
  • Coordinate with the internal teams, RMs or clients for completion of documentation relating to renewal/ modification/ enhancement or fresh disbursement.
  • Managing complaints of customers and ensuring their resolution within TAT.
Job Requirement
  • Qualification- Graduate
  • Courteous and polite with customer service orientation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
