Experience and familiarity with International education is helpful A track record of Good or Outstanding teaching Evidence of appropriate in-service training Any other area that may value-add the institution with respect to student learning and achievement. Strong organisational skills are essential, not only to manage your own time effectively but also to be ultimately responsible for the teachers who are under your department. Dedication to the end goal of delivering exceptional teaching is essential.
