We are an authorized service provider with 12 branches across Kerala, delivering professional service and support for global brands including HP, Lenovo, Acer, Dell, and Asus. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused technical and administrative solutions.

We are currently looking for a

motivated Office Coordinator

to join our team at our

Trivandrum branch

Support the branch manager in scheduling and allocation of service calls for HP and Lenovo engineers. Track open calls, updates, and closures, ensuring proper documentation and timely communication to relevant teams. Coordinate with field engineers to ensure timely updates and resolution of service requests. Support the implementation of process improvements and operational initiatives. Provide coordination and administrative support to field engineers. Coordinate with field engineers to ensure timely closure of all Lenovo service calls. Update HP final service call closures for the branch.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Experience in service operations, preferably for a laptop/desktop service center. Technical background (Diploma or Degree).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
