Answer all Inbound calls coming to the CFR toll free number. Offer Cash for Relocation and Cash for Redemption explain the terms and conditions clearly to occupant Dial Outbound in attempt to offer Cash for Relocation to occupants Prepare Cash for Relocation documents and send it to the occupant to agree to the program. Documentation to be done via email and Outbound call Facilitate Check Processing and coordinate with Preservation vendors to CFR check Delivery and property securing Facilitate closure of eviction actions through periodic follow up with the attorneys by phone and email on every file Ensuring every task is reviewed and completed with SLA. Act as a liaison with different departments and the business unitsto ensure smooth closure of files Provide necessary updates to the Client (whenever required) without any delay Ability to discern matters that require Supervisor\'s attention Be a team player and act in accordance with the organization\'s code of conduct always. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of International BPO (Preferably US) Should be a Graduate in any discipline. Flexible to work in night shifts.
