Graduation is CompulsoryJob Responsibilities:- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the Bank channel partners- Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy- Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions- This is a sales job, hence may require some travel locally at channel partner location to meet customer/client.- Providing pre- and post-sales support (e.g., claim settlement)- Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)- Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital platformsRequirement :- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, management, HR or similar.- 3-5 years of sale bfsi (managerial experience advantageous).- Good leadership and people skills.- Excellent time management.- Great networking abilities.- Ability to work on different projects simultaneously.
