Food safety and sanitation:
Adheres to food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains logs for food temperature and logs, and ensures equipment and work areas are clean.
Inventory:
Assists with taking inventory, checking deliveries, and ensuring proper storage and rotation of food items.
Teamwork:
Works with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and communicates with customers to address complaints and suggestions.
