Key responsibilities

Menu and recipe management

: Creating new dishes, modifying existing recipes, and planning menus.

Kitchen leadership

: Supervising and training kitchen staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring all staff follow safety and sanitation regulations.

Operations management

: Overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared in a timely manner, and coordinating with front-of-house staff.

Inventory and ordering

: Managing food stock, checking the freshness of ingredients, placing orders, and verifying deliveries.

Quality control

: Ensuring that all food dishes meet quality and presentation standards before being served.

Financial management

: Adhering to a budget and collaborating with management on business goals.

Pay: ₹20,000.84 - ₹30,000.99 per month
