1 to 3 years of experience as a Cook in Indian and Tandoor
Passion for cooking and a strong understanding of different cuisines
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Strong communication and customer service skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and guests' dietary requirements
Ensure that all meals are prepared and presented in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is in good working order
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures at all times
Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and develop new menus
Monitor and control food and ingredient inventory
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or special requests
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
