Prepare and cook food items as per recipes and menu standards.
Assist senior chefs in food preparation and service.
Ensure proper portioning, plating, and presentation of dishes.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen at all times.
Store ingredients properly and monitor stock levels.
Minimize food wastage and follow cost-control guidelines.
Follow HACCP, sanitation, and safety procedures strictly.
Support in banquet, buffet, and special event preparations.
Perform other duties as assigned by senior chefs.
