Prepare and cook dishes from multiple cuisines such as Indian, Continental, Chinese, Italian, or regional specialties as assigned
Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines
Ensure timely preparation and service of food
Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow
Monitor food quality during preparation and before service
Ensure proper storage of raw materials and cooked food
Assist in monitoring stock levels and minimizing food wastage
Use ingredients efficiently as per kitchen standards
