Your profile

  • Maintenance and continuous review of item cost master (product costing)
  • Inventory Control including periodic inventory count, Inventory Valuation, SL-GL reconciliation and controlling of material lying with sub-contractors
  • Monitoring of Obsolete and Slow Moving Inventory and Unallocated inventory
  • Fixed Asset controlling and Capital Budgeting
  • Commercial Support for internal business
  • Coordination with project team for smooth execution of project commercial activities (eg. Invoicing, commercial documents etc.)
  • Controlling of Real Estate Expenses
  • Monthly financial book closing, GL accounting, Key Balance Sheet Account Reviews (e.g. interim accounts, old ageing line items etc.)
  • Process owner for Risk and Internal controls in respective area of responsibilities
  • Coordination with statutory, tax and internal auditors and statutory & tax authorities for factory related topics
  • Preparation of cost records and audit
Your Qualification
  • Minimum Master degree in Finance or a related field
  • Strong Controlling (and Finance) background with more than 8 to 10 years of professional experience
  • Minimal travel required for this position
  • Familiarity with Finance processes (e.g. financial closing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting) and systems (e.g. SAP Business Warehouse, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, Alteryx)
  • Solid knowledge regarding project and service business, project management and corresponding accounting (e.g. Percentage of Completion, Completed Contract)
  • Superior communication skills, able to develop and leverage relationships within or across teams in global network and work groups to achieve results
  • Business analytics (e.g. Tableau, Alteryx)
  • Flexibility to work in different time zone with Global stake holders
  • Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders if appropriate
  • Develop, implement and maintain a supplier relationship and evaluation process to measure effective supplier performance and compliance
  • Work closely with QC, Design & Development to source new and alternative raw materials
