About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Control Management Specialist Business Control Management: Covers jobs responsible for partnering with their relevant business group todevelop and maintain a strong control environmentleading to theearly identification and sustainable mitigation of operational risk. Responsible for Risk Identification & Assessment, Control Design & Evaluation, Issues & Control Deficiencies, Control Governance & Reporting, and Control Programs. The Consumer Lending Business Controls team is responsible for delivering a more consistent approach to business groups, strengthening the company\'s risk and control infrastructure, Required Qualifications: 4 - 10 years of experience in risk management or 7+ years of financial services industry experience B Com, BBM, MBA, M Com with Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting or Economics as preferred major subject. Understanding of Consumer Banking products and services Deposits, Checking and DDA, Home Loan, Servicing, Credit and Merchant Services, Personal Loans and Auto Loans.
