We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Team Leader.

In this role, you will:

• Experience of supporting Control-M as administrator and support across the platforms.
• Experience of providing production support / troubleshooting of administrative issues in Control-M environment.
• Good exposure of testing, evaluating, and deploying new Control-M functionality and / or fix packs released by the vendor.
• Extensive knowledge on handling installation, upgrades and maintaining Control-M and related applications.
• Hands-on experience in Control-M Agent installation, configuration, and deployment activities.
• Good Knowledge on Unix/Linux, Windows, and iSeries/AS400 Platforms.
• Good Knowledge on Unix scripting and should be able to create scripts in support of automation initiatives.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and any other Service Management Frameworks.
• Knowledge of Change, Incident and Problem management processes.
• Knowledge and working experience on Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and with sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience of using DevOps tools like. Jenkins, Git, etc.
• Good to have knowledge on Google Cloud platform with Compute Engine, Cloud SQL and Kubernetes
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skill.
• Must be able to work independently and within a diverse team environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Responsible for managing application support operations, resiliency and availability including monitoring of system health and performance.
• Manage and coordinate the resolution of production incidents along with mandatory post-mortem/RCA
• Investigate, triage, and resolve production incidents and use data to articulate impact with relentless attention to the technical signals and underlying root causes that enable remediation and future avoidance/mitigation.
• Document post incident recovery steps to establish Root Cause, aid in Process improvements, identify deviations and to enable creation of a Knowledge Base.
• Manage regional team of support engineers which operates 24x7 including 121\'s, training, performance reviews, shift rota etc.
• Demonstrable ability to mentor, develop talent and motivate staff to reach their optimum performance levels and career development.
• Experience implementing and managing Logging, Monitoring and Alerting framework for hybrid cloud using tools such as Splunk, Appdynamic, truesight, thousand eyes.
• Should have basic understanding of RDBMS, Cloud Technology, Unix/Linux, any programming language.
• Strong organisational and time management skills. Able to identify and manage risks within line of business.
• Hands on experience using ITSM ticketing (ServiceNow or Similar) and workflow systems.
