Opportunity to work with one of India,s prominent RE Developer Technical upskilling . Develop the contracts for own category (warehousing/ Industrial Parks) for the various projects - Civil, Infrastructure, PEB and MEP & all consultants. . Continuously track supply market dynamics and trends in the respective category market and keep up-to-date information on technology, market events, new products, new standards, revised standardization guidelines. . Responsible for finalizing the Tender specifications/ Design basis report in consultation with consultant. . Responsible for end to end contracts process. . Responsible for conducting technical meetings with Vendors and clarifying all the quarry. The Successful Applicant 15 plus years of industry experience in the procurement role in Real Estate, with at least 7 years warehousing industrial parks What\'s on Offer . Knowledge of project financial controls like rate analysis, cash flow, fund flow, budgets, commercial contracting, and dispute resolution etc. . In-depth understanding of all the strategy & process with Design build vendors/ Item rate contract for functioning the Warehousing/ Industrial Parks. Adept at making detailed recommendations by way of technical & commercial evaluation in line with the business requirements.
