Role Description Contracts Management role which involves developing a financial model for an infrastructure PPP project
Roles & Responsibilities
- The candidate must be competent of developing a financial model for an infrastructure PPP project as well as creating scenarios to aid management to make decisions.
- He/she should have expertise negotiating financial papers including Shareholder Agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with banks, financial institutions, lenders, investors, and partners in joint ventures for HAM (Hybrid Annuity Model) / BOOT / PPP projects.
- He/She should have expertise in accomplishing the financial closure for PPP projects.
- He should be able to monitor project financing operations from a financial standpoint and negotiate with Banks / FIs for the satisfaction of the CP (Conditions Precedent) and CS (Conditions Subsequent).
Job Location Chennai, India
Educational Qualification The incumbent should be a CA/ICWA/CFA/ACS/ MBA with LLB from an accredited institution (with a contract management specialization)
