Job Description


Contract Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, from initial drafting to final execution, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Contract Drafting and Review: Prepare and review contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, client contracts, service-level agreements, and subcontractor agreements, identifying any potential risks and recommending necessary modifications. Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks and liabilities associated with contracts, proposing risk mitigation strategies and ensuring appropriate risk allocation. Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards throughout the contract management process. Contract Administration: Monitor contract performance, track deliverables, and manage any changes or amendments, ensuring timely execution and resolution of contractual issues. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, generate reports, and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders on contract status, risks, and milestones. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and enhancement of contract management processes, tools, and templates to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency. Experience: Proven experience in contract management, contract administration, or a similar role, preferably within the engineering or construction industry. Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and legal implications. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex contractual issues, identify potential risks, and propose effective solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders effectively. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in contract drafting, review, and administration. Organization and Prioritization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple contracts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, legal professionals, and external parties. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with contract management software and tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
