Work Locations: Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Pune/ Gurgaon/ Kolkata/ Chennai Qualifications Required: 6yrs plus experience with at least 2 years\' experience in Zscaler design, implementation, and operations. Bachelor\'s degree is required. Ideally in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology Experience in designing & implementing the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange and its services ( Zscaler Internet Access, Zscaler Private Access, Zscaler Digital Experience, Zscaler Deception). Understanding of the entire ecosystem of network security including well-rounded understanding of the information security domains and their inter-relations across that ecosystem Proven experience in deploying, configuring, and managing Zscaler cloud security solutions. Hands-on expertise with zScaler, DataPower, CA Proxy and Squid Proxy Experience troubleshooting network issues and familiarity with the necessary tools. (Ping, Traceroute, MTR, etc) Expert knowledge of protocols such as HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DNS, etc Working knowledge of Apache and IIS Web Server administration Created process documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and runbooks for managing day-to-day operations. Experience on coordination and collaboration with multiple vendor for on-going issues and for new upcoming technology enhancements Able to plan, schedule, track and report on simple project timelines/milestones using collaboration tools such as ServiceNow / Jira. Excellent knowledge of ITIL and having strong capability to define, execute and enforce key ITIL processes like incident, problem and change management. Preferred: Zscaler certifications, such as Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) or Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), are a plus. Experience with leading and advising clients on security to include risk, governance, technology, regulatory drivers and IT security and frameworks such as NIST, ISO, ITIL standards Excellent communication/planning/organizing skills to create an efficient work environment, one conducive to teamwork and collaboration, and encourage good communication between Client, employees and management. Experience with other cybersecurity tools, cloud security, and DevSecOps practices.
