Work Locations i.e., Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Pune/ Gurgaon/ Kolkata/ Chennai Required: 4+ years of experience in implementing the Zero trust solutions. 2+ years of information security and controls experience (NIST, ISO, etc.) Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science or similar engineering discipline including Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering Hands on experience in implementing zero trust solutions from leading vendors mentioned above Strong Network Security Knowledge and understanding of Network Security Operations Requires strong analytical and communication skills as well as sound judgment and the ability to work effectively with Infra Architects, Network Security Architects, Technology Architects and Executives Network Operational Support and cloud engineering experience of Medium to Large enterprise with a hybrid multi-cloud environment. Extensive understanding of network protocols and technologies including, but not limited to TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, STP, SIP, MPLS, HSRP, LDAP, DHCP, DNS, XML, REST, SSL/TLS and VRFs Excellent understanding and knowledge of firewall, proxy and VPN management Excellent communication/planning/organizing skills to create an efficient work environment, one conducive to teamwork and collaboration, and encourage good communication between Client, employees and management. Concise and clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with the client on a regular basis Flexibility to work in different time zones (EST Hours shift mandatory). Created process documents, SOPS and runbooks for managing day-to-day operations Experience on coordination and collaboration with multiple vendor for existing on-going issues and for new upcoming technology enhancements Excellent knowledge of ITIL and having strong capability to define, execute and enforce key ITIL processes like incident, problem and change management. Able to plan, schedule, track and report on simple project timelines/milestones using collaboration tools such as ServiceNow / Jira. Excellent Logical and Practical understanding of SSDLC
