You will be responsible for the overall performance of an operational site including warehousing, customer service + administration in order to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders. Your scope may include distribution activities depending on the location.

YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for the overall performance of an operational site including warehousing, customer service + administration in order to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• To lead, plan, organize, staff, + direct all office + warehouse activities at the site.
• To achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of cost management, productivity, customer service + profit
• To ensure your teams deliver against their customer, site + people (KPI).
• To drive all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention + operational excellence; collaborating at a site level.
• To drive productivity via engagement activities to create new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement at all times, ensuring your site meets or exceeds their productivity targets
• To contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support closing of new business.
• To ensure that everyone involved in distribution activities deliver the right transport solutions.

Staying one step ahead of any potential issues will be key. You will be steadfast in ensuring your site is fully compliant with all licenses, QSHE, dangerous goods requirements, both internal + external.
• Then review all of the factors that contribute to excellence across our operations, troubleshooting any concerns + implementing sustainable solutions to ensure we can continue to evolve our customer relationships, forming trust + deeper relationships to enable new opportunities.
