Job Description


We work closely with Product and GTM team\'s leadership to resolve business objectives and understand day-to-day challenges in working toward those goals while relaying this information to the Commercial Legal team. We evaluate all the information currently or potentially available, and align with various partners before moving forward with contract drafting and process improvement. We are half project manager, keeping contract framework and pricelist development/refinement on track we are half analyst, discerning signal from noise to make sound recommendations on sophisticated legal and operational considerations. In sum, when you join the team, you are far more than a day-to-day project manager - you ensure efficient contracting operations and prepare OA for continued success! In addition, a keen analytical focus will be required to provide insight to various partners across OA and Oracle as to the state of the OA contracting work in progress, as well as make recommendations for improvements to the processes supporting the business. Collaborating closely with other teams, identifying key points and measuring activity will be key success metrics. As a successful candidate, you will be highly motivated and driven, goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious. You will efficiently interact across various teams and play a critical role in distilling details to meet the commercial objectives of Oracle Advertising. You will have found your home at OA! Primary Responsibilities Contract Framework: We are responsible for project managing contract development projects at OA including template management, pricing, and program management of new product commercialization. We maintain ODC pricelists, and deliver training and enablement of sales and contracting teams on price list and contract changes. Compliance: We work with Global Business Practices (GBP), Commercial Legal and Privacy & Security Legal (P&SL) regarding all privacy and compliance related items including: new product conceptual approvals, GDPR, CCPA, inbounding new data providers, privacy policies, H&D policies, etc. Operational Integration: We integrate all acquisitions into Oracle legal framework & contract systems including templates, SKUs, and Oracle systems. Additionally, we own auditing historic contracts and data stewardship in Oracle systems. Economic Strategy: We align Product Managers and Sales Leaders with Oracle to ensure proposed models fit within OA\'s strategy. We advocate with key Oracle partners to review proposed pricelist and verify that it meets Oracle\'spricelist and revenue recognitionstandards. GTM Planning: We work with Sales leadership to develop new templates that are beneficial to the Business and Legal to expedite deals. Support deal level contracting and pricing as necessary, is second nature to our team. Misc Operational Reporting: We strive for process perfection to assessing & optimizing contracting workflow, product strategy workstreams, contract operations data integrity, exec-level project management updates, market analysis, product analysis, etc. Desired Skills & Qualifications Experience: At least 5 years professional work Bachelors related to communication and enablement of initiatives in finance, economics, analytics, or similar business experience. Conversant in Excel, Powerpoint, Word. Project Management: Ability to scope, prioritize, and lead numerous workstreams, creating and maintaining accountability of all involved parties to contribute & deliver to specific commitments. Analytical Savvy: Illustrated ability to work with sophisticated data sets, formulas and scripts to build impactful pricing models, develop numerous scenarios, and build accurate projections. Business Acuity: Ability to build and articulate business plans succinctly, thinking strategically and analytically to operate with a detailed focus on revenue, differentiating value, or other meaningful outcomes. Relational Savvy: Works well in a matrixed team, building trust and respecting boundaries. Reads situational dynamics and responds appropriately. Influences rather than directs. Strategic Approach: Critical thinking to separate signal from noise. Creative thinking to address roadblocks. Methodical, well-adapted, and focused in executing toward specific outcomes.
