About this opportunity

The authority of the Solution Integrator shall be defined in an Assignment Specification, Project Specification or other assignment documents. The authority shall, in general, be sufficient to make all vital decisions concerning the technical solution or services within the proposed and/or ordered contract framework.

What you will do

• Providing Level 2 Application Support
• Debugging and resolving Operational issues.
• Coordination, Communication with different team within Ericsson and outside Ericsson
• Customer/Stakeholder Communication
• Implement to Operational SLA\xe2\x80\x99s/KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
• Should be able to support 24x7 on need basis.

You will bring

• 4-6 years(SSI) & 2-3 years (SI) of Telecom/IT experience in Application Support & Maintenance
• Good functional knowledge of Kubernetes & Docker and DevOps Tools & technologies
• Must have hands on .Net, C#, JAVA, Shell Script and Open Source Tools
• Knowledge of Software Build Management tools (Jenkin), Build tool (Maven, Apache Ant, MSBuild), Unit Test tool (Junit, MSTest), Analysis Tool (SonarQube), Test Automation tool (Selenium), Deployment tool (IBM UC), Artifact tool (Artifactory), Version control tool (Bitbucket, Git, GitLab) etc.
• Solid understanding of IIS (web Server), Citrix & RDP and MS SQL / Mongo DB/ Postgres /Oracle/ RabbitMQ (database)
• Knowledge of Windows & Linux Operating System
• Knowledge of any Ticketing tool for handling Incident, Problem and Change (ITIL V4 Certification Desired)
• Scripting & coding (Pearl, Python, Angular JS)
