We are seeking a contingent workforce specialist to join our team as we expand our rapidly growing global network infrastructure. This new role will help support People Operations for global contractual workforces\xe2\x80\x99 life cycle. We are looking for someone to help our team transform how we conduct our employee experience through process enhancements and new technologies.

Responsibilities/What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

  • Be responsible for an excellent employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle, mainly focused on global contractual employees.
  • Work closely with stakeholders for legal contracts and payroll processes
  • Should have cross-culture exposure, worked on global projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of the contingent employee life cycle processes
  • Design and recommend enhancements, improvements, and simplifications of existing HR processes and procedures.
  • Support a high hiring velocity by optimizing a strategic offer generation, onboarding, and effective orientation process.
  • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with current employment laws.
  • Generate and analyze HR-related reports as needed from our HRIS.
  • Stay current on HR technologies and seek ways to improve employee experience and administrative efficiency via technology.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and other benefits and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • MBA/Post-Graduation degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in human resources is required, preferably with a background in People Ops or HR technologies.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment is highly desired.
  • Experience supporting operational HR programs.
  • Experience working with and optimizing HR platforms/technologies.
  • Experience with tools - SAP SuccessFactors, Service Now is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly, energetic, and comfortable operating in a fluid environment.
  • Must exercise absolute discretion both inside and outside the company.
