Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Continental dishes such as pasta, grilled meats, seafood, soups, sauces, salads, and baked items.
Ensure proper preparation, seasoning, and presentation of all food items according to restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and equipment.
Follow recipes and presentation specifications as directed by the Head Chef.
Ensure food quality, freshness, and hygiene standards are strictly maintained.
Prepare daily mise-en-place and manage time efficiently during service hours.
Coordinate with other kitchen sections (hot, cold, bakery, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor stock levels and communicate with the chef regarding inventory needs.
Comply with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
