Job Description

Food preparation:

Prepare, cook, and present a variety of Continental dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, following recipes and high standards.

Menu and recipe management:

Develop new recipes, refine existing ones, and ensure that all food meets the establishment's quality and presentation standards.

Kitchen management:

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhere to all health and safety regulations, and manage inventory, supplies, and food waste.

Staff supervision:

Lead and supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and ensuring they adhere to quality and hygiene standards.

Cost control:

Monitor food costs, assist with cost analysis, and manage inventory to ensure cost-efficient operations.

Collaboration:

Work with other kitchen staff and departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Quality assurance:

Perform quality checks on food products and monitor food temperatures.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
