Job Summary:



Responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality continental dishes, ensuring consistency in taste, portion, and presentation while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Assists the Chef de Partie in supervising junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes (soups, sauces, grills, pasta, salads, etc.) as per standard recipes. Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Ensure mise-en-place is prepared before each service. Train, guide, and support Commis II and trainees. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen section. Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines at all times. Assist in menu planning and suggest improvements. Control wastage and ensure proper stock rotation. Cooperate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:



Minimum 3-4 years' experience in continental cuisine (preferably in a 4/5-star hotel or fine dining). Strong knowledge of continental cooking techniques and plating styles. Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume operations. Good communication and team management skills. Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts preferred.

Job Summary:



Assists Commis I and Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting continental dishes. Responsible for basic cooking, mise-en-place, and ensuring kitchen hygiene and safety standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the preparation and cooking of continental dishes. Handle mise-en-place for the section (chopping, marination, sauces, stocks, etc.). Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines. Ensure kitchen cleanliness and workstation organization. Practice proper food storage and labeling. Maintain hygiene and safety as per HACCP standards. Support Commis I and senior chefs during service. Learn and develop skills in continental cuisine.

Requirements:



Minimum 1-2 years' experience in continental cuisine. Basic knowledge of continental cooking methods. Willingness to learn and grow in the kitchen. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Culinary training or hotel management background preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
