Cooking:
Cook dishes according to recipes, ensuring proper techniques, temperatures, plating, and garnishing under supervision.
Hygiene & Safety:
Maintain cleanliness of workstation, utensils, and equipment; follow food safety (HACCP) and hygiene standards.
Inventory & Stock:
Receive, store, and rotate stock; monitor levels and report shortages; assist with deliveries.
Kitchen Operations:
Support daily kitchen tasks, manage equipment, label/date food, and contribute to smooth service.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with kitchen staff, communicate effectively, and support senior chefs.
Requirements
Education:
Culinary diploma or certification preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with continental cuisine.
Skills:
Knife skills, knowledge of food safety, time management, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, strong teamwork.
Preferred:
