Kitchen Operations
Manage daily kitchen operations for continental cuisine.
Supervise commis and kitchen helpers while delegating tasks effectively.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders, especially during peak hours.
Quality & Hygiene Standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Follow FSSAI and food safety regulations strictly.
Ensure proper storage of raw materials and monitor freshness.
Inventory & Cost Management
Check and manage inventory of continental ingredients.
Assist in cost control by minimizing wastage and optimizing raw material usage.
Report shortages and place requisitions for stock as needed.
Teamwork & Training
Train and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff in continental cooking techniques.
Work in coordination with other chefs (Indian, bakery, snacks) for smooth operations.
Maintain discipline, teamwork, and efficiency in the kitchen.
