Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes
Assisting with the management of health and safety
Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
Other duties of a continental chef may include:
Training and supervising junior chefs
Monitoring and managing food waste
Dealing with suppliers
Rotation quality checks
Implementing and ensuring compliance of hygiene and health & safety guidelines

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
