Assist senior chefs in preparing and cooking dishes.
Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards set by the Head/Chef de Partie.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen area.
Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables, meats, and other ingredients.
Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any issues.
Support in stock rotation, storage, and daily inventory checks.
Maintain discipline and follow kitchen SOPs.
Learn and develop cooking techniques to grow into higher positions.
