Kitchen management:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.

Staff supervision:

Train, mentor, and supervise junior kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality across the team.

Quality control:

Ensure impeccable presentation, portion control, and adherence to food safety and health regulations.

Inventory and stock control:

Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to ensure smooth operations.
