Food preparation

Menu and ingredient management

: Plan menus, select fresh ingredients, and manage inventory and stock levels.

Quality control

: Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety.

Kitchen management

: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Team leadership

: Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, coordinate with other chefs, and collaborate with front-of-house staff.

Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
