Job Description

Assist in Food Preparation

Help in chopping, cutting, marinating, and portioning ingredients for continental dishes.

Support Cooking Activities

Cook basic items like soups, sauces, pasta, salads, and grilled items under supervision.

Follow Recipes and Instructions

Maintain consistency and taste by following standardized recipes and chef instructions.

Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene

Keep the kitchen area, equipment, and workstation clean and sanitized at all times.

Basic Plating and Presentation

Assist in garnishing and presenting dishes in a professional manner.

Stock and Inventory Assistance

Monitor ingredient levels and inform seniors about requirements or shortages.

Ensure Food Safety Standards

Follow all food safety guidelines including storage temperatures, labeling, and expiry checks.

Collaborate with Kitchen Team

Work smoothly with other chefs, helpers, and service staff for timely service.

Continuous Learning

Learn new techniques, cuisines, and kitchen operations from senior chefs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
