Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and kitchen procedures.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and available before each service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation.
Support senior chefs in menu development and new dish trials.
Control wastage and practice cost-effective cooking methods.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and smooth service.
