Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff as needed.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
Stay updated with new trends and techniques in Continental cuisine.
Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
