Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis to join our team in the Continental Cuisine department. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.

Roles and Responsibility



Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings. Conduct inventory management of food supplies and ingredients. Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and procedures.

Job Requirements



Proven experience as a Commis in a professional kitchen setup. Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
