Finance Controller - BFSI Financial Reporting
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with IND AS, IFRS, and US GAAP.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary financial information.
2. Compliance:
- Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and ensure the company\'s compliance with IND AS, IFRS, and US GAAP.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to ensure financial data integrity.
3. Analysis and Insights:
- Provide insightful analysis of financial results, highlighting key trends and areas of concern.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret financial data and provide recommendations for business improvement.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial information and analysis.
- Work closely with business units to understand their financial needs and contribute to the development of financial plans.
5. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial reporting and implement best practices.
- Streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
