3. Conduct research on industry-related topics and develop clear and original content
4. Optimize all online content for SEO
5. Build and run an editorial calendar
6. Work with business development & marketing teams during campaigns
7. Understand the target audience and their behavior
8. Measure impact and perform analysis to improve critical metrics
9. Keep up to date with trends in the recruiting software & HR industry
