About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Write stories for spotlight and home & garden sections
2. Verify facts, dates, and statistics using standard reference sources
3. Prepare, rewrite and edit copies to improve readability
4. Prioritize content based on the item\'s significance and interest value
5. Liaise with internal and external teams

Skills & requirements:

1. Top-notch communication and written skills in English
2. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends
3. Knowledge and interest in social media

Additional information:

1. Shift timings: 10 AM to 6 PM
2. Working days: 6 days
3. Week offs: 1 (rotational)

Note: This position is with TimesofIndia.com, a division of Times Internet. At times night shift might also be there.
