Job Description

We're looking for a technically grounded communicator who can help shape and scale the voice of our CoE. This role is not just about documentation--it's about crafting impactful internal storytelling, creating knowledge assets, and increasing visibility for our work bank-wide.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality internal newsletters, developer portal content, SharePoint assets, and technical case studies

Collaborate with engineering teams to translate deep-tech work (Chaos Engineering, Resilience, InnerSource, etc.) into engaging narratives

Drive campaign messaging, knowledge management, and award submissions

Structure documentation across platforms like Confluence, GitLab, SharePoint, etc.

Requirements:

7-10 years' experience in technical writing or similar roles

Strong technical background is a must (ideally engineering/CS degree)
