Responsibilities of Content Writer : - Researching industry-related topics from online sources, books, stakeholders, interviews and research studies & other materials available)- Writing clear marketing copy to promote our products/services- Prepare an outline of all the work that\'s required & on approval create final content - Should be able to write in basic writing styles - Explainer, Narrative, Persuasive, Promotional, Descriptive- Should ensure the grammar of the written content is right- Should be able to write content of different lengths for various purposes- Should be able to deliver content on time- Writing domain documents for various internal company purposes- Preparing well-structured drafts for multiple internal & marketing purposes- Proofread and edit all written content before publication in relevant applications- Submit work to editors & other stake holders for input and approval- Coordinate with marketing, design teams for their needs & must be a team player- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)Customer service representative requirements : - Prior experience of 2-3 years with Content Writing for Ecom D2C Brand/Business is a must- Must have an appreciation for water and the support water provides life- Graduation in English Language/Arts or Certification in English Content Writing - Must be passionate & untiring to support the brand & teams for content requirements- Understanding technology & comfortable to adapt to all new tech platforms is a must- Excellent English oral/written communication skills- Proficiency in any other indian language is added advantage- Excellent organization skills & team player- Ability to multi-task and deliver all content requirements on time- Ability to work in a startup team environment and take direction from management and team leads- Ability to proactively understand the the needs for content for various teams & self initiating such work tasks is required.
