Content Management Executive Job description : - The candidate will be working in the edtech vertical of Cloudnine, Masters in Baby Affairs (MBA). Their main responsibility will be to take care of everything related to content in the program. Their main objective is to ensure that the content quality of the program is stellar.- Ideating course content and video production- Working with in-house and freelance content writers on scripts for video production- Managing video shoots, coordinating with the doctors and agency - Undertaking quality checks of the video shoots.- Working with the production agency on post production - graphics, animation etc.- Market research of competitors, latest trends, consumer behavior- Constantly taking feedback from the customers to improve the program- Creating and maintaining a standard for the LIVE sessions of doctors.- Regularly auditing the current content of recorded videos and LIVE sessions- Designing and executing strategies to continuously improve the content quality of the program. Criteria :- Degree in mass communication//marketing/business- 2-3 years of experience in the content/edtech space- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with different departments, doctors and hospital centers- Eager to learn, hardworking and proactive- Advanced writing and editing skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to come up with creative ideas using the insights from customer behavior.- Involvement in extracurricular activities preferred- Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders from different departments, freelancers, agencies, doctors and hospital centers.
