You will be expected to have a deep understanding of the target audience, industry trends, and SEO best practices to create content that meets the needs of the readers. Your goal will be to drive engagement, create content that is both informative and engaging, and ultimately, increase traffic and conversions. Your work will involve: A content writer for real estate is responsible for creating content that promotes the sale of real estate properties. This includes writing website copy, blog posts, press releases, articles, and other content related to real estate. The content writer should have an understanding of the US market and be able to research topics in order to create compelling content. They should also be able to work with a team of other professionals to ensure that content is optimized and up to date. Additionally, the content writer should be familiar with search engine optimization (SEO) techniques in order to ensure that content is optimized for search engine visibility. Roles and Responsibilities :
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our product/services of our clients
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
- Proofread content before submitting before publication
- Submit work to editors for input and approval
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Identify customer\'s needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
- Update website content as needed
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role
- Portfolio of published articles
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field
- Night shift
