We are looking for a creative and organised Content Production Associate who, like our utensils, handcrafts content as unique as our products. We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who wants to take ownership of strategising and working on various video and photographic content creation for different platforms and channels. The individual will work closely with the Brand Marketing Team to ideate different content pieces on brand awareness, product education, and other marketing funnels, and will work closely with various video production houses to plan, brief, coordinate and deliver high-quality content that serves marketing, advertising, educational, and brand-building goals. Responsibilities: ================= ? Content Ideation: Propose clutter-breaking, hook-centric, fresh, and creative content ideas that can be used on different platforms and fulfil the requirements for different content categories. ? End-to-End Content Production: Own the full content production lifecycle -- from conceptualisation to final delivery -- for weekly shoots and ad hoc projects. ? Shoot Planning and Coordination: Create monthly calendars to be shared with different teams and align the dates, content, locations, stylist and other requirements for the shoot. The individual should be great at working with various teams and handling multiple requirements. ? Creative Briefing: Brief videographers and editors on content ideas, what needs to be covered, the purpose of the video, and platforms for its usage. ? Post-Production Supervision: Review and refine edits, ensure brand guidelines are met, and work with editors to finalise content within timelines. Requirements ? Strong understanding of visual storytelling, hook rates, and hold rates across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, etc.). ? Prior experience in understanding branded content, marketing funnels and influencer content. ? Experience working with videographers and editors, and managing different team requirements. ? Excellent organisational and communication skills. ? Creative mindset to think out-of-the-box ideas that align with P-TAL content strategies. ? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadline
