Content Marketing Specialist About Darwinbox: Darwinbox is Asia\'s fastest-growing SaaS-based HR Technology platform. About the role: At Darwinbox, a content marketing specialist is mainly entrusted with driving the content that customers and prospects see on a daily basis. This includes researching and writing high-level sales and marketing collateral of the short and long variety, campaign material, social media content, and more. However, at Darwinbox we believe in getting out of our comfort zones, and when the occasion calls for it we like to do something out of the ordinary. Year In Review: You\'ll get a chance to flex your creative thinking. As a team, we aim to top the content we put out year-on-year. Guided by the tenets of quality and delivering value to our customers and prospects, we keep space for experimentation. There are goals to achieve and a mandate to drive, but we have a say in how we get there. You\'ll own your projects and will have the creative liberty to execute them. Your growth is capped only by your initiative. Responsibilities First and foremost, you need to own the project. Constantly think about how things can be made better and more efficient, how can we drive more value for our target audience, what more can we do for the brand You will be expected to provide insight and input into how content can be leveraged to break the clutter. Think beyond the scope of your daily work. Develop, write and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, and blogs. Lead day-to-day operations of the Content Marketing team, including staging and publishing articles, white papers, ebooks and more. You\'ll also be expected to ensure all-around brand consistency in the style, fonts, and images used, as well as the overall tone of the content. Partner and collaborate with industry thought leaders to build content assets and execute campaigns. Partner and collaborate with external agencies to produce and deliver all types of content (written, graphical, video, etc.). Darwinbox\'s ecosystem is home to some of the brightest HR specialists in the country - Our leaders, customers, investors and partners. You\'ll be responsible for leveraging this access to valuable functional expertise and converting it into a stream of quality discourse for the industry. Assist with monitoring and reporting on the performance of various content types to identify trends, benchmarks, bright spots, and areas for improvement. Ensure SEO best practices across the website, blog, and collaterals. Through your own research, develop an understanding of the cutting-edge trends in HR and HR tech. Who should apply: You are interested in or intrigued by HR as a function. HR-related experience is good but is not compulsory. An MBA in HR or a Mass Communications or Literature degree would be another advantage. You have 2 to 8 Years of experience in a content function designed to help drive a sales and marketing funnel. You have experience and are comfortable with various formats of content: ad copy, an email, a tweet, a LinkedIn post, a blog, a white paper, report, or an eBook. Your content has shown measurable results in your current and previous roles. You are good at measuring and analyzing. You read voraciously and are tirelessly curious. You keep up with the business environment and business news.
