POSITION OVERVIEW : Content Management POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : Publishing content on multi-brand websites. Quality check for website page content. Publishing promotions for products/bundles and banners. Creating newsletters with advanced conditions and sending it to target audiences (multi-brands) through CRM tool. Implementing Advanced content updates and Master release updates for websites. Asset maintenance and maintaining Product tech-specifications in PIM tool. Manual data cleaning for Social web monitoring activity for eg. Checking reviews and Issue management. Maintaining Consumer data in CDB through bulk import and export. Content maintenance for mobile App. Attending trainings and grabbing new scopes to the team. Required skills - Good Knowledge in Website Content Management Experience in any CMS (content Management Systems) Digital Marketing exposure HTML knowledge for Newsletters Experience in multi-language content management in websites SAP/Hybris experience is added advantage Experience on Social Media Analytics tools Basic knowledge in SEO & SEM
