Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Content entry / content publishing of new landing pages on XRITE.COM using Sitecore CMS.

• Create new product, webinar, whitepaper pages to support marketing campaigns. Work with global digital team to ensure that new landing page is optimized for SEO.
• Create new landing pages for global PPC programs (*and other digital channels).
• Work with creative and marketing teams(s) to create custom landing pages that match visual design intent. (*HTML experience required.)
• Editing / optimizing existing landing pages on XRITE.COM using Sitecore CMS.

• Create / update new monthly homepage banners.
• Use provided translations to apply new language variants to existing EN pages.
• Update page layout(s) to improve page conversion rate(s).
• Support development of global web content to improve SEO & marketing performance.

• Support digital marketing teams in conducting XRITE.COM audits to ensure that SEO metadata is in place, optimized, and translated in all supported languages/regions.
• Collaborate with global marketing and product management teams to provide support on ad hoc web initiatives.
• Support & enforce XRITE.COM website governance.

• Ensure content is consistent regarding style, quality, and tone of voice.
• Ensure each XRITE.COM page is optimized for team goals and target markets.
• Manage content publishing within a structured workflow, maximizing quality of page content, display, links, and metatags.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 2+ Years Experience with Sitecore, Magento, or other Content Management System (*Experience with web personalization preferred.)
• 2+ Years Experience with HTML/CSS
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Processes
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
• Excellent communicator; able to collaborate effectively will all levels and functions.
• Problem-solving attitude; proactively offers ideas and/or solutions to projects.
• Ability to prioritize workload based on business need, budget, and urgency.
• Ability to work in a fast-faced, and collaborative environment.
• Detail oriented.
