Content Head

Our Client is the the largest luxury interiors and design show in India with 150+ exhibitors, bringing together the best in interiors, furniture and home decor. They also host speakers from across the globe - Pritzker prize winning architects, furniture designers, and leading designers and architects from across India.

We are looking for someone to come in and strengthen this platform, to curate the fair in accordance with a creative vision, to strengthen the community outreach, as well as events and celebrations around the fair, and to build our property as a content platform on interiors and design across the year.

Role:

- Chart the content strategy for our proprietary platform (Events, Online, social media)

- Create, produce and manage high-quality customized content-based programs in physical and digital forms

- Take complete ownership in terms of content, new initiatives, newsletters, partner relationships, creative direction, marketing plans, community building and engagement.

- Work closely with the sales team and the clients to understand brand briefs, ideate & conceptualize customized programs and manage the complete execution of these properties within specified timelines

- Ability to represent the brand is various industry forms and events

- Work with multidisciplinary professionals such as AIDs, contributors, digital content teams, event teams, PR teams etc.

- Create detailed workflow plans, have strong execution skills and be accountable for success of the program/s

- Build relationships with various partners, stakeholders, vendors

- Travel for client/ vendor meetings, as required

Position requirements :

- The ideal candidate should have around of 8-10 year's overall work experience with content curation in the Architecture, Design and Decor space.

- Candidate should have worked as Content Head /Events Head with Design, Decor, Lifestyle publishing or digital media platforms with strong understanding of the marketplace

- Ideally have strong relationships with the leading AIDs (Architect Interior Designer community)

- Should be well versed in creating and working within the program budgets

- Professional qualification in Architecture or Design would be an advantage
