- Develop and execute tec level communication initiative, audience-centric messages (i.e., presentations, letters, global all-employee meetings, and videos) with distribution to ensure timely, accurate, aligned communication is executed in a way that drives action for each audience.
- Deeply understand the business to ensure every employee understands how their work contributes to the precision technology strategy.
- 3 or more years of experience with the communication planning process and measurement techniques
- 3 or more year of experience with communication theories, especially employee/internal communications
- 1 or more years of experience using Adobe Creative Cloud
- 1 or more years of experience in video editing (Premier Pro, Adobe Rush)
- 3 or more years of effective writing experience, including grammatical usage, persuasive copy and style
- Understanding of the technology business and the organizational structure
- Thirst for knowledge of new communication tactics and development of new skills such as design, editing, photography, motion graphics, audio visual, web, journalism, marketing and advertising.
- Brand training to support consistent, on-brand communications
