Work closely with clients and the business to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows
Provide quality consulting service by applying DMAIC - 6 sigma and other relevant quality methodologies with the objective to reduce cost/cycle time, improve productivity, increase revenue, improve product/service quality, and/or realign organizational practices with business strategies
Process mapping and identifying nonvalue add steps to create lean and agile processes.
Responsible for identifying business problem areas and aligning themselves to the pain areas through Continuous Improvement Projects
Share progress on Continuous Improvement initiatives implemented with the leadership team and other Ops/Client stakeholders
Participate in Daily/Weekly/Monthly reviews to share the update and action plans on various processes and system improvements
Spread awareness around practices as DMAIC, Process Mining, etc. via workshops, sessions, and other activities
Build basic and advanced analyses in the Process Mining tool from scratch and customize existing ones based on customer requirements (Optional)
Interpret process data visualized in the dashboards within Celonis / other relevant process mining tools (Optional)
Identify and quantify process improvement opportunities within Celonis / other relevant process mining tools (Optional)
Ability to create solutions, present them as business cases to key stakeholders, and execute the solution proposed. (Optional)
Utilize key functionalities of Celonis / other process mining tools for process analysis and visualization (Optional)
Key Requirements / Skills:
Certified Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt
Good understanding and experience in the creation of various KPIs used in the processes like Banking, Insurance, Finance & Accounting, Risk & Assurance
Celonis Value Assessment / Value Realization Expert badges preferred (Optional)
Have a basic understanding of SQL
Exposure to Core enterprise systems like SAP, PeopleSoft, Coupa, and CRM (Optional)

The qualifications you need:
Mandatory Certified Six Sigma Green Belt/Black belt from Reputed Organizations/ASQ; Additional Certification if any
Graduate/Engineering background and MBA
Have gained a minimum of 5 plus years of working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar area
Have successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/ Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program
Have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various customers
Have a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, Process Mining, and Analytics
Proficiency in German and other European languages is an advantage
