Work you\'ll do

As a Manager in our Consulting team you\'ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement goal, vision and mission for the testing functions of various domains like banking, retail, GIC etc.
• Define and build Testing Centre of Excellence for the client across different domains
• Define testing organisation structure /Testing Management office for a client
• Responsible for understanding the client\'s technology stack, delivery approach and strategic initiatives and should be able to define appropriate testing strategy around it
• Create and implement road map to offer viable service offerings in Testing area
• Lead pre sales activities like building proposals, define implementation approach and representation of the testing services in RFP calls
• Responsible for providing innovation solutions to client\'s challenges in testing and support them in building testing competency

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Software Development/Test Engineering and more than 6 years in hands-on test automation engineering role.
• 2+ Year in experience as Automation Test Manager in managing test automation teams

• Strong experience in agile environments using tools like Git/Git Hub, Jenkins, unit testing, integration testing & CI/CD and should have worked on UFT (Selenium, Certify and other open source and enterprise test automation tools will be a plus)
• Individual should have good understanding of overall testing processes and test consulting/advisory exposure would be preferred
• Individual should have exposure to functional, automation, performance, API, DB and other aspects of testing
• Expert in test automation areas in Agile and DevOps methodology
• Well-groomed with test metrics, test practices, testing processes, reports and tools
• Person should have done competency management and development in the past
• Should have good knowledge and stakeholder management skills
• Good in continuously communicating within the testing team members and the management
• Should be able to allocate work and manage the work load of the teams
• Should have depth and breadth of technical / functional/ domain knowledge in testing implementation (TCoE setup etc.)
• Should have worked independently on defining solution for complex projects or contribute to solution of a program in Testing area
• Should have exposure to create reusable testing component inventory, QA/Testing knowledge management
• TMMi knowledge/certification would be preferable
• Exposure to business development and pre-sales activities like working on proposal (RFP response) would be a big plus
